If you are interested in taking part in a SUP Yoga class please email us firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. We have regular SUP Yoga classes but we also organise sunrise and sunset yoga depending on the demand in a particular week.
About SUP yoga
Stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga is considered a good workout because it combines the benefits of yoga with the added challenge of balancing on a paddleboard. This can increase core strength, stability, and proprioception (awareness of one's body in space). Additionally, practicing yoga on a paddleboard can be a fun and unique experience that allows practitioners to connect with nature. It also can be a great way to get some exercise and fresh air outdoors.
