We Supply All The Equipment.

Every lesson will include a safety briefing, fundamentals of SUP and lots of paddling. We also discuss the weather, wind and tides.

What to bring

Pack Light & Be Ready .

This is a water-based activity so it is inevitable you may get wet. Dress appropriately for the conditions you will be paddling in.

At a minimum you need to bring swimwear / sportswear or a wetsuit. Old runners or wa-er-shoes / neoprene socks are essential.
A towel to dry off and change.
A dry change of clothes.
A water bottle to stay hydrated.
Suncream, cap or glasses.

The instructors made sure everyone was geared up and gave us a safety talk before we started. Before the trip, the team did an excellent job at communicating with us to adjust details of our trip according to weather situation and location. The instructor was incredibly encouraging and made me feel totally at ease from the start. With their guidance, I was able to stand up on the board for the first time—something I didn’t think I’d manage!
